We ship our packages with USPS. Orders will be processed within 5 days for all in stock items. Once your package ships we will send an email with tracking information. Please allow 7-10 days for your package to arrive. Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns for store credit when the items are returned to us within 14 days of delivery. At this time we can not offer refunds, only store credit or exchange. Items must be unused, with their original tags and packaging, in the same condition that you received it. At this time we do not offer return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If we do not receive your returned item we can not issue a store credit or process an exchange.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have issued you a store credit. If you decide to exchange your item, we will advise tracking information on your exchange order at this time.
