Our fabrics are hand dyed naturally with plants and minerals. With time natural colors will age and evolve adding more unique character to your accessory. At Kelocabay we live in harmony with nature. We find inspiration in weathered beauty, which comes with age and time. We hope you enjoy watching the transformation of color as well.   

Where are your products made?

All of our goods are made in the USA, hand dyed and manufactured in Brooklyn, NY. Many of the plants we dye with are grown in our gardens in Brooklyn, NY, Central New Jersey and the Jersey Shore. Learn more about our dye gardens in Healthy Materials

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Do you charge tax?

Our business is based in New York and we are required to charge sales tax on purchases made from fellow NY residents. The current NY sales tax rate is 8.875%

Shipping:

We ship our packages with USPS. Orders will be processed within 3 business days for all in stock items. Once your package ships we will send an email with tracking information. Please allow 7-10 days for your package to arrive. Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.

Returns:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns for store credit when the items are returned to us within 14 days of delivery. At this time we can not offer refunds, only store credit or exchange. Items must be unused, with their original tags and packaging, in the same condition that you received it. To process a return please contact us for return authorization at info@kelocabay.com 

At this time we do not offer return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If we do not receive your returned item we can not issue a store credit or process an exchange. 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have issued you a store credit. If you decide to exchange your item, we will advise tracking information on your exchange order at this time.
